We’re gathering stories of Wuìk̓inux̌v and life in our community. Big or small, old or new, every story helps carry who we are forward. Some ideas:
-Memories of growing up in Katit 1
-Time on the land and water — fishing, harvesting, gathering
-Teachings or stories passed down from Elders
-Photos with a story behind them
-Your journey with ‘Wuìk̓ala language and culture
-Recent community moments worth celebrating
You don’t need to be a writer — a few sentences, a photo, or a short recording all count. If you’d like help putting your story into words, just reach out.
